This is the big birthday box for Pokemon's 30th. It launched the same day as every other language worldwide, and this version is printed in Simplified Chinese for mainland China, so you won't find it on US shelves. Every single pack holds one of 30 special Pikachu cards, each drawn by a different illustrator, so 20 packs means 20 Pikachu for your binder.
