Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $25
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $4.99
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $9.99

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, but we're working on it!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at goddess@moonlightsoleil.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
