Thank you for shopping with Moonlight Soleil! We want your collectibles to arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Curated Gift Boxes are the one sweet exception: every box is custom curated and made to order, which takes 2 to 3 weeks before it ships. Please order at least 1 month ahead for US delivery, or 2 months ahead for international ♡

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on US orders over $60
  • Standard Shipping (3 to 7 business days): $4.99
  • Expedited Shipping (2 to 3 business days): $9.99

Heads up on discount codes: your free shipping is calculated on the total after any discount is applied, so a code can bring a cart back under $60. If you are close to the line, adding one more little thing usually costs less than the shipping does.

International Shipping

We now ship to Canada, the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand! Every international order ships with a tracked service. Rates are based on package weight (except the UK, see below):

  • Canada: $21.99 (up to 1 lb), $29.99 (1 to 3 lb), $49.99 (over 3 lb)
  • European Union: $27.99 (up to 1 lb), $39.99 (1 to 3 lb), $69.99 (over 3 lb)
  • Switzerland: $27.99 (up to 1 lb), $39.99 (1 to 3 lb), $69.99 (3 to 6 lb), $119.99 (over 6 lb)
  • Australia: $32.99 (up to 1 lb), $47.99 (1 to 3 lb), $79.99 (3 to 6 lb), $129.99 (over 6 lb)
  • New Zealand: $32.99 (up to 1 lb), $47.99 (1 to 3 lb), $79.99 (3 to 6 lb), $129.99 (over 6 lb)
  • United Kingdom: $39.99 (orders $200 to $399.99), $59.99 (orders $400+). UK orders have a $200 USD minimum: UK customs rules require sellers to register for UK VAT on lower-value parcels, so we currently ship only orders above that threshold. Orders under $200 will not see a shipping option at checkout.

Good news for our Australian and New Zealand collectors: neither country charges GST or duty at the door on parcels valued under A$1,000 / NZ$1,000, so what you pay at checkout is usually all you pay.

International delivery typically takes 1 to 4 weeks. Please note: your country may charge customs duties, import taxes, or a small carrier fee when your package arrives. Those fees are set by your country, are the customer's responsibility, and are not included in our shipping rates. Free shipping applies to United States orders only.

Where We Ship

We ship within the United States, and internationally to Canada, all European Union countries, Switzerland, the United Kingdom (orders $200+), Australia, and New Zealand.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at goddess@moonlightsoleil.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

P.O. Boxes

We do ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Please select standard shipping at checkout for P.O. Box deliveries.
