Where We Ship: International Shipping to Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia + New Zealand
Moonlight Soleil ships sealed Korean, Chinese and English Pokemon TCG from Winston-Salem, North Carolina to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, all 27 EU countries, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand. Every international order ships tracked, shipping is calculated at checkout by weight, and you see prices in your own currency.

A single Korean or Chinese booster box weighs about half a pound, so two boxes still ship in the lowest weight band to every country above. Our full terms are on the Shipping Policy page.
Do you ship to Australia and New Zealand?
Yes, since September 2026. Australian and New Zealand orders ship tracked from the US in 1 to 4 weeks, prices show in AUD or NZD at checkout, and because we are a small shop under both countries' registration thresholds, parcels valued under AUD 1,000 or NZD 1,000 arrive with no GST and no duty to pay. What you pay at checkout is the whole price.
Do you ship to the United Kingdom?
Yes, with a $200 USD minimum order. UK customs rules make the seller responsible for VAT on parcels worth GBP 135 or less, so we only ship UK orders above that line. Orders under $200 will not see a shipping option at checkout. Above it, UK customers pay roughly 20% import VAT plus a carrier fee before delivery, and our first UK order (eight booster boxes to Wales) arrived tracked in September 2026.
Do you ship to Europe?
Yes, to all 27 EU countries and Switzerland, tracked, priced by weight. EU parcels carry your local VAT, the EUR 3 flat duty the EU introduced in July 2026, and a small clearance fee from your postal service. Prices display in EUR, CHF, PLN, SEK, DKK, CZK, HUF or RON depending on your country.
Do you charge duties or taxes at checkout?
No. We ship DDU (delivered duty unpaid), which means our checkout total covers the product and the tracked shipping, and your own country collects any import tax when the parcel arrives. The table above shows what to expect. We always declare honest values on customs forms, never "gift".
Can I pay in my own currency?
Yes. Pick your country in the selector at the top of the site and every price converts to your local currency (CAD, GBP, EUR, CHF, AUD, NZD and more). You are charged in that currency, and refunds come back in the same currency.
Is international shipping tracked and insured?
Every international order ships with a tracked service and you get the tracking number by email. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us at goddess@moonlightsoleil.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right. Sealed collectibles are final sale once opened; details are on the Refund and Return Policy page.
Which countries can't I order from yet?
Japan is next on our list. Mexico is on hold because of a 33.5% courier tax on non-USMCA goods that would land on your doorstep. If your country is not listed, email goddess@moonlightsoleil.com and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
What should I order first?
